We really enjoyed our stay with a superb view overlooking Cavill Avenue and the beach, making our morning walks and shopping so convenient being just a few steps away from the Paradise Centre and only 500 meters from the SkyPoint Observation Deck, perfect for those who love exploring the city by foot.

novotel is in a prime location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. the staff were polite, and i really appreciated the room service. i stayed in a deluxe king room with an ocean view, which was perfect. the fitness center was well-equipped, and i enjoyed using the facilities.

i recently stayed for three nights and was pleasantly surprised by how much better my experience was compared to my last stay in gold coast. the location is unbeatable, right in the middle of surfers paradise, and my room had stunning views of the ocean. the staff were friendly and really made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

On the downside, there are no hooks in the room or bathroom for towels, which can be a hassle if you're wet from the pool. Limited amenities in the room mean just soap—no extra measures to make you feel pampered. Hallways look a bit tired, and our room felt like it needed a thorough deep clean. The shower had visible mold, and the basin plug just didn’t work, further adding to a slightly disappointing experience overall.

The stay was overall quite pleasant. The room I occupied was the Superior Double Room Two Double Beds View, which provided breathtaking ocean views. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience. I also appreciated the dining options available, particularly enjoying a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant, with fresh seafood and attentive service.

The dining options were top-notch! The baby back ribs at KooKoo Teppanyaki and Lounge Bar were juicy and succulent—definitely a must-try! Also loved the poolside snack bar, perfect for those sunny days. Great location, just a hop to the beach and a few delicious eateries like Goldie's and Vapiano nearby.

On the flip side, we faced a bit of a lift saga—waiting ages for the elevator can really test your patience! Also, the spa wasn't operational, which was a bummer. Our room had its quirks, too. the balcony door was a bit temperamental, and the check-in chaos didn't help our mood.

I recently spent 6 nights here and absolutely loved the view from my room, which was amazing at sunset, and I enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor pool after a long day. The beach access was super convenient, and having sun loungers available was a big plus for soaking up the sun. Just a heads up, the early closing time of the café made it a bit tricky for a late-night snack, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😄
